College Registrar and Chief Executive Officer Jan Robinson is joined by John Stevens, Chief Executive Officer of the Ontario Veterinary Medical Association and Elise Wickett, Executive Director and Registrar of the Ontario Association of Veterinary Technicians, to discuss the progress towards the modernization of the regulation of the veterinary profession in Ontario.
Modernization of the Veterinarian's Act is an extensive undertaking. The provincial government is currently holding a broad consultation and, in the coming weeks, will be releasing a discussion paper and detailed Consultation.
